To return an item to us for exchange, please follow the steps below -

If you are asked to post the goods back to us, you should obtain a 'Proof of Posting'. We regret that no exchange can be guaranteed unless proof of posting is supplied to us. Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We cannot issue exchanges for goods that do not reach us.

This exchange policy does not affect your Statutory Rights as a consumer.
